As a rinse out: Slide the bar gently across wet hair and distribute with your hands, focusing on the ends. Leave on for a couple minutes to let it absorb, then rinse.
As a leave in: Distribute conditioner through your hair. Rinse lightly from the scalp area, leaving conditioner on the strands and ends. Towel dry and style as usual.
